Fashion Design Technology Fashion Design prepares students to enter the fashion industry and other related professions. The primary focus of this technical area is to teach quality apparel construction skills. In conjunction with these skills students will study topics such as textiles, color, pattern making, draping, computer design and more. From the vocabulary of the fashion trades to the equipment learned the students will be given the basics to continue their fashion education or to enter the sewing trades. Students participate in an annual fashion style show to showcase their creations. |
