Culinary Arts The Culinary Arts program prepares students for career choices in the food service industry including catering, restaurant and hotel management, and bakery operations. Students learn the skills and techniques needed to work in a fast paced industry. Students operate the "Spart Inn" school restaurant using the techniques and skills in a production kitchen. |
